Returning an item for a refund is possible, here’s what you need to know:

Step 1: Initiate a return via email within 30 days of the original date of shipment.

Step 2: Wait for our response, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3: Once you have received a response from us, go ahead and put your items in the mail.

Step 4: Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, allow 3 to 5 business days for us to inspect your items, and issue your refund. The amount being refunded will automatically be deposited back onto your credit card or original method of payment. *

For all refunds, please note the following:

•Lucky locals who made a purchased of $80 or more and live in Ontario are granted free shipping on items being returned. For everyone living outside of Ontario, you are responsible for paying the applicable shipping and handling costs for all returns.

• Items returned must be unworn and unwashed.

• Items returned must be in the original condition with the label intact and the receipt included.

• Ebony and Ivory reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

• When an order over $80 is placed, Ebony & Ivory covers the shipping cost. When you return the item and ask for a refund, we will refund you the amount of the item while deducting the initial shipping cost.

Exchanges are not possible. We create in small batches so there is very little chance the same print or style will be available once you’re ready to exchange.

Feel free to request a refund and then come back to shop for the latest styles but exchanges are not possible.

Final sale items include all sale items and all pantie styles. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

* We cannot guarantee a time frame in which you receive your refund. The time frame depends on how long it takes for the shipment to arrive from your home to our warehouse. There’s also a possibility your financial institution places a hold for a number of days on the refund being transferred to your account.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to care for your delicates:

Step 1: Safety first here, ladies - put your lingerie in a wash bag. If you don’t have a wash bag, skip ahead to step 2.

Step 2: Wash your lingerie with cold, cold, cold water and the most-mild detergent. Washing by hand is always better of course but if you just can’t find the time, cold and gentle machine washing will be fine.

Step 3: Take your lingerie out of the wash bag, hang your bra and panties to dry. Do not put your lingerie in the dryer, the heat will wear out the material and your lingerie just won’t last as long.
